Make a difference in the lives of elementary school students by providing high-quality speech-language therapy services throughout the academic year. Two full-time contract positions are available for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with a commitment to helping young learners thrive. You'll work with dedicated teams in the Mansfield city area, supporting students' communication abilities in a collaborative environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP licensure, certification, and state credentials appropriate for practicing in schools
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
  • Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to adapt to diverse student needs within an elementary caseload

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for a range of speech and language disorders
  • Collaborate with general education staff, special education teams, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely therapy records, progress reports, and required documentation
  • Contribute actively to IEP meetings and coordinate student goals in compliance with district and state policies
  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all students

Schedule Details:

  • Two locations in the Mansfield city region
  • Position 1: 7:30 AM – 2:50 PM
  • Position 2: 8:20 AM – 3:50 PM
  • Full-time hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Contract duration: August 17 through June 3
