Key Qualifications:

  • Valid California license and CCC credential required
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in California schools
  • At least 1 year of SEIS experience essential
  • Familiarity with supervising SLPAs and working alongside facilitators highly valued
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high caseloads and swiftly respond to increasing referrals
  • Willingness to accept Clinical Fellows (CFs)
  • Bilingual proficiency highly desirable

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of 60-65 students, including 25-30 speech-only cases
  • Supervise SLPAs with facilitator support as needed
  • Accurately complete documentation and progress reports using SEIS
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support individual student needs
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and help develop individualized goals
  • Prioritize effective communication and cultural responsiveness, especially in bilingual contexts
