Speech Language Pathologist in Fresno, CA

Step into an engaging school-based setting, providing speech and language services to students in a supportive, full-time role. The schedule is full-time, five days per week during the extended school year.

Desired skills and background:

• Valid California licensure as an SLP or SLP-CCC
• Minimum of two years’ experience practicing within California school settings
• At least one year of experience utilizing SEIS (Special Education Information System)
• Previous supervision of SLPAs alongside facilitators is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to effectively balance high caseloads and manage referrals
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency is a plus, but not a requirement
• Confident working onsite (remote or virtual services are not available)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering speech and language services to a diverse student caseload
• Completing assessments, intervention, and progress monitoring in compliance with educational standards
• Collaborating closely with general and special education staff, families, and administrators
• Supervising and mentoring SLPAs, as appropriate
• Ensuring accurate documentation, IEP participation, and timely communication with stakeholders
