Key Qualifications:

  • Active California SLP license (SLP-CCC or eligibility for SLP-CF)
  • At least two years of recent experience in California schools
  • Minimum of one year using SEIS (Special Education Information System)
  • Previous supervision of SLPAs with facilitator involvement preferred
  • Confident managing high caseloads and numerous referrals
  • Spanish bilingual skills are highly desirable, though not required
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Eager to work onsite—virtual service delivery is not an option

Position Details:

  • 1 full-time opening (37.5 hours/week)
  • Caseload support structure may include SLPA collaboration
  • Serving a diverse population of students with varying needs
  • Accepting both fully licensed SLPs and SLP Clinical Fellows (CFs); SLPAs will not be considered
  • Bilingual professionals can look forward to a higher compensation rate for their additional language skills

As a valued member in this role, you will provide comprehensive speech-language therapy, oversee and support SLPAs as appropriate, utilize SEIS effectively for documentation and compliance, and contribute to student growth and academic achievement. Your adaptability and drive will be essential in managing fluctuating caseloads and supporting the unique needs of the school.
