Speech Language Pathologist in Fresno, CA

Key Qualifications:

• Active California SLP license (SLP-CCC or eligibility for SLP-CF)
• At least two years of recent experience in California schools
• Minimum of one year using SEIS (Special Education Information System)
• Previous supervision of SLPAs with facilitator involvement preferred
• Confident managing high caseloads and numerous referrals
• Spanish bilingual skills are highly desirable, though not required
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Eager to work onsite—virtual service delivery is not an option

Position Details:

• 1 full-time opening (37.5 hours/week)
• Caseload support structure may include SLPA collaboration
• Serving a diverse population of students with varying needs
• Accepting both fully licensed SLPs and SLP Clinical Fellows (CFs); SLPAs will not be considered
• Bilingual professionals can look forward to a higher compensation rate for their additional language skills

As a valued member in this role, you will provide comprehensive speech-language therapy, oversee and support SLPAs as appropriate, utilize SEIS effectively for documentation and compliance, and contribute to student growth and academic achievement.
