This role is specifically tailored for experienced SLP-CCC professionals who are passionate about early intervention and dedicated to helping students achieve their full potential. Two openings are currently available, focusing on early intervention cases.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Active state SLP licensure, or eligibility to obtain
- Previous experience in early intervention (birth to age 3 or preschool)
- Proven expertise in pediatric therapy within school or healthcare settings
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms for remote service delivery
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and language disorders in early childhood populations
- Develop and implement individualized education and therapy plans
- Conduct therapy sessions in-person or via teletherapy as appropriate
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
- Document assessments, progress notes, and outcomes in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team planning
- Provide guidance and resources to families supporting student development at home
