This role is specifically tailored for experienced SLP-CCC professionals who are passionate about early intervention and dedicated to helping students achieve their full potential. Two openings are currently available, focusing on early intervention cases.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Active state SLP licensure, or eligibility to obtain
  • Previous experience in early intervention (birth to age 3 or preschool)
  • Proven expertise in pediatric therapy within school or healthcare settings
  • Comfort with teletherapy platforms for remote service delivery
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and language disorders in early childhood populations
  • Develop and implement individualized education and therapy plans
  • Conduct therapy sessions in-person or via teletherapy as appropriate
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
  • Document assessments, progress notes, and outcomes in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team planning
  • Provide guidance and resources to families supporting student development at home
