This is a contract, full-time onsite position (40 hours/week) serving approximately 40 elementary students in a welcoming school environment near Frisco, TX. Your expertise will help students achieve their communication potential and reach important academic milestones.

What You'll Bring:

  • Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license (required)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish/English skills (required)
  • Prior experience working with elementary-aged students strongly preferred
  • Background in conducting speech/language evaluations, therapy sessions, and developing IEP goals
  • Previous school-based experience and a strong grasp of special education collaboration
  • Exceptional skills in communication, organization, and documentation

Your Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders for a caseload of ~40 elementary students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and service plans
  • Deliver direct therapy and consultation, adjusting interventions to student needs
  • Work closely with special education staff, teachers, administrators, and families
  • Maintain organized documentation for compliance and progress monitoring
