Key Qualifications:

  • Hold current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Bilingual proficiency required, with the ability to deliver high-quality services in both English and another language
  • Demonstrated experience working within school settings, addressing the unique needs of school-aged children
  • Familiarity with designing and implementing individualized educational plans (IEPs)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to a caseload of eight students, focusing on individualized goals and growth
  • Assess, develop, and maintain detailed documentation of student progress, adhering to school and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams—including teachers, special educators, and families—to support comprehensive student development
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing program adjustments based on each student’s needs
  • Provide strategies and resources to teachers and families to generalize students’ communication skills across environments

This role offers a consistent schedule of 7 hours each week, providing time to deeply connect with each student while accommodating other professional or personal commitments.
