Desired Qualifications:
- Current, active SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Demonstrated experience in a school-based setting; comfortable working across elementary, junior high, or high school populations
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with educators, families, and support staff
- Flexibility to manage responsibilities across multiple campuses
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students according to their IEPs
- Assess, diagnose, and track student progress toward communication goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with both district and state requirements
- Maintain detailed documentation and communicate progress to families and educational teams
- Support and collaborate with classroom staff to maximize student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
This full-time position offers approximately 37.5 hours each week, providing the stability of regular hours throughout the assignment.
