Step into an opportunity to make a meaningful impact as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, serving a dedicated elementary student population in a dynamic educational setting near Frisco, TX. This onsite contract position runs through May 21, 2027 and offers the chance to support up to 60 elementary-aged students, making a significant difference in their academic and personal development.

Preferred candidates will hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), but applicants holding a Clinical Fellowship (CF) will be considered, with supervision provided. You’ll enjoy a varied, rewarding role that empowers students to reach their communication goals within a supportive, collaborative school environment.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Texas SLP license, or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) considered with supervision provided
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Experience working with school-aged children, especially at the elementary level, is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Provide consultative support and guidance within the school community
