Desired Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP-CCC certification
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in Maine
• Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Adaptable, with a commitment to inclusive, student-focused practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Provide direct therapy services for articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other related service providers
• Contribute to IEP processes, accompanying evaluations and progress reports
• Document sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Offer support and recommendations to staff and families regarding speech/language development
