We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary, middle, and high school students. Qualifications:
- Current and valid SLP license, with certification in the state
- Experience serving school-aged populations across elementary, middle, or high school levels
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Flexibility to adjust to diverse student needs and school environments
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop therapy plans, and implement targeted interventions for students with speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Participate actively in the development, review, and revision of IEPs
- Track and document student progress, maintaining thorough and up-to-date records
- Offer consultations and resources to empower staff and families in supporting student communication
- Serve as an advocate for students’ educational and social needs within the school community
