We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary, middle, and high school students. With a variety of ages and needs, your expertise will make a profound impact as you collaborate with educational teams and engage with families.

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid SLP license, with certification in the state
  • Experience serving school-aged populations across elementary, middle, or high school levels
  • Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to adjust to diverse student needs and school environments

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop therapy plans, and implement targeted interventions for students with speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
  • Participate actively in the development, review, and revision of IEPs
  • Track and document student progress, maintaining thorough and up-to-date records
  • Offer consultations and resources to empower staff and families in supporting student communication
  • Serve as an advocate for students’ educational and social needs within the school community
