Certified Licensed School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Fulton, Missouri

Working closely with educators and support staff, you’ll help students develop communication skills that support their academic and social success.

Key Qualifications:

• Active certification and current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with diverse age groups, including elementary, middle, and high school students
• Strong understanding of IEPs, speech and language assessments, and individualized treatment planning
• Clear and engaging professional communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, students, and their families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students referred for speech and language concerns
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administration to support students’ educational goals
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings and documentation
• Adapt interventions for a variety of age groups and learning levels in a school setting
• Provide both direct and consultative services to maximize students’ success
