Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Fulton, MS

You’ll engage with students, families, and educators to support student communication needs, helping each child reach their full potential. Detailed assignment information will be provided as planning progresses, but a strong foundation in both educational and healthcare SLP practices is key.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Speech-Language Pathologist license, or eligibility, in the state of Mississippi
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience in school-based settings, pediatrics, or healthcare environments
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to best practices in speech-language therapy for diverse populations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students, including assessments and progress monitoring
• Develop and update IEP goals in line with student needs and state requirements
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents
• Maintain clear, timely records and documentation
• Attend required meetings and contribute to team decision-making
