Travel School-Based SLP | Gadsden, Alabama

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Gadsden, Alabama, offering the chance to work in a school setting with travel required. This position is ideal for a licensed SLP holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) who is committed to supporting students’ speech and language development.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Alabama SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Experience providing speech therapy services in schools
• Flexibility and willingness to travel as part of the role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide speech therapy to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs and educational goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities related to speech-language pathology

Location and Schedule:

• Position located in Gadsden, Alabama
• Full-time schedule within a school district
• Travel within the region to various school sites as assigned
