• Prior experience working in school environments, particularly in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
• Strong evaluation, diagnostics, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication abilities when working with teachers, administrators, students, and families

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans based on each student's IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and special education staff to monitor progress and support classroom success
• Conduct group and individual therapy sessions to address articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders
• Maintain detailed session notes, progress reports, and required documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the school’s intervention team
