Elementary Middle School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Gaffney, SC

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and current SLP license
• ASHA certification or eligibility
• Prior experience in a K-12 school setting preferred
• Ability to work with students at elementary, middle, and high school grade levels
• Passion for helping students achieve communication milestones
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, parents, and other staff

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for students
• Providing direct speech and language therapy in group and one-on-one settings
• Collaborating with teachers and staff to support students’ IEPs and progress
• Keeping detailed and accurate documentation on student progress
• Participating in IEP meetings and parent conferences, sharing insights and recommendations
• Supporting students from diverse backgrounds and adapting interventions as needed
