Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility to obtain one)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • School-based or pediatric experience highly desired
  • Strong knowledge of IEP process and documentation requirements
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in the school setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Maintain comprehensive records and provide progress updates to families and educational teams
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, special educators, and other allied professionals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary evaluation teams
  • Support students with both direct therapy and consultative services as needed
