Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in elementary schools
  • Proficiency with teletherapy platforms a plus
  • Knowledge of IEP development and progress monitoring
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and staff

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and screenings to identify speech, language, and communication needs for elementary-aged students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ needs and educational goals
  • Deliver therapy through in-person and teletherapy modalities as appropriate
  • Maintain compliance with all documentation, data tracking, and reporting standards
  • Support IEP team meetings with expertise and student progress updates
  • Consult with teachers and parents to facilitate classroom carryover and generalization of skills
  • Provide professional recommendations for student success and continued progress
