School-based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Virginia

Title: Speech Language Pathologist
Contract Type: Full-Time W-2 Contract
Caseload: Elementary, Various quantities
Weekly Pay

Responsibilities:
• Conduct speech and language evaluations to assess communication skills
• Develop therapy goals in collaboration with the IEP team
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Monitor student progress and update goals as needed
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to reinforce strategies in the classroom
• Recommend classroom supports or accommodations to help students participate

Qualifications:
• Valid SLP license in the state of Virginia
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and the ability to develop and implement them effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and support staff.
