Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Maryland.
- Experience or strong interest in serving pediatric populations, particularly in school or teletherapy settings.
- Comfortable assessing, diagnosing, and treating mild speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment plans for students with mild speech and language challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with educators and families.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and team collaboration to support holistic student growth.
- Provide teletherapy services as needed, ensuring seamless support for students both onsite and remotely.
- Document and track student progress accurately to inform ongoing interventions.
