Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current, valid licensure to practice as an SLP in Maryland or eligibility to obtain
  • Experience with pediatric populations and mild diagnoses/disorders in school or healthcare settings
  • Comfortable delivering services both in-person and via teletherapy
  • Open to CFY candidates eager to learn and grow professionally
  • Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a passion for child development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and design individualized treatment plans for students with mild speech-language needs
  • Deliver therapy sessions in both face-to-face and teletherapy formats
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to support students’ progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
  • Stay updated on best practices and continuing education in pediatric speech-language pathology
