Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current, valid licensure to practice as an SLP in Maryland or eligibility to obtain
- Experience with pediatric populations and mild diagnoses/disorders in school or healthcare settings
- Comfortable delivering services both in-person and via teletherapy
- Open to CFY candidates eager to learn and grow professionally
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a passion for child development
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and design individualized treatment plans for students with mild speech-language needs
- Deliver therapy sessions in both face-to-face and teletherapy formats
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to support students’ progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Stay updated on best practices and continuing education in pediatric speech-language pathology
