Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience in a school setting, preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide therapy services to students with a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, sessions, progress notes, and communications
- Engage with families and educators to provide resources, strategies, and regular updates
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and relevant professional development opportunities
