School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Galt, California

Multiple contract positions are open, with flexible schedules available for both full and part-time roles serving the K-12 population. Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current, valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFs considered
• Previous experience with pediatric or school-based populations is highly desirable
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt therapy for various age groups
• Commitment to helping students achieve educational goals

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each student
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student evaluation, treatment, and progress
• Provide consultation and support to teachers and parents, fostering optimal communication outcomes
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development as needed
