Desired Qualifications:

  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience with early intervention, ideally supporting children aged 0–12
  • Proficiency in creating and implementing individualized therapy plans
  • Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and delivering remote services as needed
  • Strong background in pediatric speech and language disorders within the school or healthcare settings
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to early intervention students, focusing on ages up to 12 years old
  • Assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans reflecting each student’s specific needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive intervention strategies
  • Participate in IEP meetings, provide consultative support, and track student progress
  • Utilize teletherapy technology when appropriate to reach and serve all assigned students
