Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Texas SLP licensure (or eligibility)
• CCC-SLP credential or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Direct experience within school settings preferred
• Familiarity with ARD processes and school-based documentation
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare ARD documentation including present levels, goal-setting, and service time recommendations
• Attend and participate in speech-only ARDs; no case management required for students served by the assistant
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations for elementary-age students
• Provide targeted therapy one to two days per week as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, ARD facilitators, and other support staff to develop and implement effective IEP plans
