Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Garland, TX

You'll work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech and language disorders. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Current Texas State License (or eligibility for licensure)
• Experience with SLP-CCC, CFY, or teletherapy preferred
• Pediatric and/or school-based SLP background valued
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy for students with communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Track and document student progress, adapting goals as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success
• Deliver both direct and indirect services, including consultation and teletherapy
