Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Garland, TX

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent required
• Current Texas state SLP license or eligibility to obtain
• Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings highly valued
• Proficiency with evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Willingness to engage in teletherapy and in-person services
• CFY candidates and seasoned SLP-CCCs are encouraged to apply

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop personalized treatment plans to enhance academic and social success
• Deliver direct and indirect interventions, both onsite and via teletherapy as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, goal setting, and ongoing student progress reviews
