An exciting opportunity is available for a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 academic year, working onsite at both an elementary school and a Head Start program near Garland, TX. This full-time contract role allows you to make a meaningful impact by serving a diverse student population and collaborating with educators and families.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Texas SLP License (required)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • School-based experience strongly preferred
  • Background in serving elementary-aged students is a plus
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language evaluations, therapy, and intervention for approximately 30 students onsite at two locations
  • Develop and implement individualized IEP goals in accordance with student needs
  • Collaborate effectively with school staff, administrators, and families to ensure optimal student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for compliance and student progress reporting
  • Participate in IEP meetings and annual reviews as needed

Additional Details:

  • Contract position for the 2026–2027 school year (August to May)
  • Full-time schedule at 40 hours per week
  • Virtual interview (15–30 minutes) required as part of the application process
