Step into a dynamic middle school environment and make a meaningful impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026–2027 academic year. This full-time, onsite contract opportunity offers the chance to partner with caring educators and families, supporting approximately 50 students who benefit from speech and language services. You’ll facilitate growth and learning in a collaborative setting dedicated to student success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Texas SLP license is required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in a school setting and with middle school-aged students is desired
  • Articulate communicator with excellent organization and documentation abilities
  • Ability to develop and implement IEP goals, provide both direct and indirect speech-language therapy, and conduct thorough evaluations
  • Strong team player, comfortable collaborating with fellow therapists, teachers, administrators, and parents

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a valuable onsite resource, delivering direct speech and language therapy to students
  • Complete comprehensive evaluations and craft individualized IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
  • Partner with school staff and families to enhance student outcomes
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and provide staff training as needed
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 50 middle school students
