What You’ll Bring:
- Current Texas Speech-Language Pathology License (required)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working in school-based settings, especially with elementary and middle school students
- Proficiency in conducting evaluations, setting and tracking IEP goals, and delivering both direct and indirect therapy
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and families
How You’ll Contribute:
- Provide onsite speech and language evaluations and therapy to a caseload of around 35 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals to address students’ unique needs
- Collaborate actively with special education staff, classroom teachers, and administrators
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to support student progress
- Communicate effectively with families to ensure consistent support between school and home
