Step into a fulfilling role as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year, making a meaningful difference in the lives of elementary and middle school students. This full-time contract position, based on-site near Garland, TX, offers the opportunity to work closely with dedicated educators, administrators, and families while supporting approximately 35 students through comprehensive speech and language services.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Current Texas Speech-Language Pathology License (required)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working in school-based settings, especially with elementary and middle school students
  • Proficiency in conducting evaluations, setting and tracking IEP goals, and delivering both direct and indirect therapy
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and families

How You’ll Contribute:

  • Provide onsite speech and language evaluations and therapy to a caseload of around 35 students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals to address students’ unique needs
  • Collaborate actively with special education staff, classroom teachers, and administrators
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation to support student progress
  • Communicate effectively with families to ensure consistent support between school and home
