Make a real impact helping elementary students build their communication skills in a supportive school environment. This onsite contract opportunity is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists committed to fostering student success and gaining valuable school-based experience. Preferred candidates will hold their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), though those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) with agency-provided supervision are also welcome.

What you'll bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure as an SLP or eligibility for licensure
  • CCC preferred; CFYs considered with willingness to accept agency supervision and mentorship
  • Previous school-based experience or strong clinical practicum with children (preferred)
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

What you’ll do:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 60 elementary-aged students
  • Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and maintain up-to-date documentation according to school and legal requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Implement evidence-based interventions and support varied communication needs
  • Track student outcomes and contribute to ongoing team meetings

Key details:

  • Contract position; on-site services required
  • Up to 40 hours per week
  • Start as soon as possible, with assignment continuing through May 21, 2027
