Qualifications/Preferred Experience:

  • Active or eligible for SLP licensure
  • CCC-SLP, CFY, or strong background in school-based speech therapy
  • Experience or enthusiasm for working with K-12 students
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Knowledge of IEP development and compliance
  • Creative, student-centered approach to intervention
  • Open to new graduates eager to start their school-based career

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess speech and language abilities across a varied caseload
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ IEPs
  • Provide direct therapy, track progress, and adjust interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to maximize student success
  • Maintain required records and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Promote communication skill development through evidence-based practices
  • Work on-site as a vital resource to the school community
