What we're seeking:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current, valid SLP license for the state of Virginia
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with school guidelines
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support diverse learning needs
• Maintain thorough documentation and communicate progress with families and educators
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on speech and language development
• Educate students, staff, and families on communication strategies and resources
