We're seeking two skilled SLPs (CCC required) to make a meaningful difference during the 2026-2027 school year. Flexible options include traditional and VOCO (virtual/remote) candidates.

Your assignment spans from August 2026 to May 2027, with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week. You'll collaborate with dedicated educators to foster student growth in either elementary or middle school settings. The first clinician will serve one elementary and one middle school building, while the second will support two middle school buildings. Each caseload will include 45-55 students, offering a dynamic environment where your expertise truly matters.

Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA CCC credential
  • Experience in school-based therapy strongly preferred
  • Comfortable managing caseloads of 45-55 students
  • Proficient with IEPs, progress monitoring, and therapy documentation
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Open to working onsite or in a VOCO (virtual/remote) capacity

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to elementary and/or middle school students
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Communicate progress with parents, teachers, and staff
  • Facilitate IEP meetings and contribute valuable input to school teams
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation for compliance
