Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Indiana
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
  • Prior experience in K-12 or school-based settings preferred
  • Confidence in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering both group and individualized therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster student progress and engage with school teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to 5th-grade students in accordance with their IEPs
  • Administer evaluations and collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
  • Develop treatment plans and provide regular progress updates
  • Document services and maintain compliance with school and district requirements
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to the broader support network for each student
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability working within a dynamic school environment

This position is a full-time contract role, comprised of 37.5 hours per week, set in a welcoming and well-supported intermediate school. There is currently one opening, and the interview process moves quickly to set candidates up for immediate impact.
