Openings span elementary and intermediate school settings, with caseloads averaging 70–100 students. You'll enjoy flexible scheduling across standard 7-hour days, with collaboration and SLA support discussed based on assignment. Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA CCCs highly preferred (no SLPA roles available)
- Background in school-based speech therapy with caseload management
- Strong assessment and individualized education planning (IEP) skills
- Comfortable collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families
- Positive, empathetic approach to diverse student needs
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational abilities
Role Details:
- Deliver direct therapy services and conduct assessments for designated caseloads (~70–100 students)
- Develop, maintain, and document student IEPs and progress
- Collaborate closely with educators and related service providers
- Contribute to multidisciplinary problem-solving teams
- Participate in school meetings and parent communications
- Flexible scheduling within school hours and option for split-site assignments
