Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
  • Current state licensure to practice as an SLP (or eligibility by start date)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CF) are welcome to apply
  • Previous experience working with K-12 students across a range of speech and language disorders
  • Ability to develop individualized education plans and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary school teams
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in K-12th grade
  • Conduct assessments and interpret test results for the development of tailored interventions
  • Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals
  • Document student progress, write reports, and maintain appropriate records as required by school policy
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide consultation to classroom teachers
  • Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student learning and growth
