Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CF applicants are welcome
• Experience in K-12 school environments preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic assessments and direct therapy to students with a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and monitor progress on individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Partner with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy into the classroom environment
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress, and compliance reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
• Utilize best practices and current research to inform interventions
