Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience working in a school-based setting preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, families, and related service teams
  • Proficient in assessment, intervention planning, and documentation processes

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s strengths and needs
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions in individual and small-group formats
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress and promote generalization of skills
  • Maintain timely and accurate records, progress reports, and correspondence
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
