Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure or eligibility
- ASHA Certification (CCC) — will also consider Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates
- Previous experience in a K-12 or school setting preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering student growth and a positive learning environment
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and IEP records
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, consultations, and multidisciplinary team activities
- Provide education and resources to staff and parents as needed
