Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure or eligibility
  • ASHA Certification (CCC) — will also consider Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates
  • Previous experience in a K-12 or school setting preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to fostering student growth and a positive learning environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and IEP records
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, consultations, and multidisciplinary team activities
  • Provide education and resources to staff and parents as needed
