9th Grade 12th Grade School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Georgetown, Texas

Step into a rewarding school-based Speech-Language Pathology opportunity for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract position welcomes dedicated SLPs ready to make a significant impact as valued team members in a supportive, collaborative educational environment. Multiple positions are available to serve students across elementary, middle, and high school campuses, in-person and directly on site.

Your expertise is needed to support a thriving student population and to ensure continuous, high-quality speech and language services for K-12 learners. You’ll join a group focused on caseload balance (targeting 50-60 students per SLP), with opportunities based on your preferences and grade-level experience. With the current SLP retiring, your skills will be instrumental in meeting increasing needs with compassion and knowledge.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active license for Speech-Language Pathology (state requirements must be met)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Relevant experience with K-12 students preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong collaboration skills for working with a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt services for various ages and grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct, in-person services to students needing speech and language interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting

Schedule & Settings:

• Elementary: 7:30am-4:00pm
• Middle: 7:45am-4:00pm
• High School: 8:30am-4:00pm
