Step into a dynamic educational environment and make a meaningful difference as an in-person Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Multiple positions are available to support students across K-12 grade levels, ranging from elementary through high school. This contract opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with an experienced, dedicated team and positively impact students' communication development.

You will help bridge the transition as a long-term SLP retires, ensuring continuity for students who rely on speech-language services. Caseload assignments are thoughtfully managed, with the intent to keep student rosters between 50-60 to support quality service and balanced workloads.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience in a school-based setting preferred but not required
  • Comfortable working with a diverse student population (K-12)
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to delivering in-person therapy services

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to assigned caseload
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation meeting compliance standards
  • Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress monitoring
  • Support students’ academic and social communication needs across various grade levels

School hours vary depending on placement: Elementary (7:30 am–4:00 pm), Middle (7:45 am–4:00 pm), and High School (8:30 am–4:00 pm). Placement will align with organizational needs and candidate preferences when possible.
