Two onsite Speech-Language Pathologists are needed for a full academic year contract working directly with students and staff—helping shape communication, language, and learning outcomes from August 18, 2026, through May 27, 2027. This dynamic contract role spans elementary through high school settings and offers a rich multidisciplinary experience.
What you’ll bring:
- Current Pennsylvania SLP Certification and Teaching Certificate (must be submitted with your resume)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience providing speech and language therapy services in school-based, K-12 environments
- Strong skills in collaborating with educational teams, families, and support staff
- Comfort with case management and maintaining organized records according to district policies
- Enthusiasm for working across a range of learning environments, including general education, autistic support, learning support, and life skills classes
Your key responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services for caseloads of elementary (regular education and autistic support, 50-55 students) or secondary (middle/high school learning support, life skills, autistic support—minimal case management, caseload up to 60 with some students on reduced service delivery)
- Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), conduct assessments, and participate actively in IEP meetings
- Consult with teachers and staff to implement best practices for students’ communication and educational goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all services
