Here’s what this engaging role includes:

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Active Pennsylvania SLP license
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred
  • Experience supporting students with executive functioning, social learning, and selective mutism is a plus
  • Comfortable working within digital platforms like IEPWriter and Synergy

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality speech and language services to K-6 students in an engaging, school-based setting
  • Manage a caseload of 25-30 students, collaborating with other education professionals
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized plans, and actively participate in IEP meetings
  • Deliver therapy and monitor student progress, adapting methods to meet varied needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation following district guidelines

Key Position Details:

  • Contract assignment covering the 26/27 school year
  • Two on-site days weekly, ideally Tuesday and Thursday
  • Schedule: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Instructional time: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM)
