Make a meaningful impact supporting students’ communication and learning needs from August 2026 through May 2027. Multiple onsite opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists across three school sites, working hands-on with diverse student populations and collaborating alongside talented multidisciplinary teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Pennsylvania SLP and Teaching Certificates (must be included with your resume)
  • ASHA CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows will be considered (agency must cover supervision fee)
  • SLPAs may be accepted, though not formally recognized in Pennsylvania
  • Experience with AAC devices and complex communication needs is highly valued
  • Adaptable communicators who thrive in collaborative, school-based settings
  • Comfortable working full-time (35 hours/week) onsite; virtual candidates cannot be considered

Role Highlights and Responsibilities:

  • Full-time roles at elementary, middle, and high school levels, with varying caseloads and focus areas:
    • Elementary: Support 45 students in autistic support; no case management; extensive AAC involvement
    • Middle Grades (4–8): Blend regular education, learning support, life skills, autistic support, and case management
    • Specialized Complex Needs: Serve 45 students, focus on AAC, collaborate with OT, PT, hearing & vision teams; no case management
    • High School: Flexible part- or full-time caseload, focus on transition planning and real-life skills for 30–55 students, depending on hours
  • Provide evaluations, direct therapy, and resource recommendations tailored to each student’s needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings, documentation, and ongoing communication with families and colleagues
