Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology License and teaching certificate
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows and SLPAs will also be considered (supervision fee for CFs covered by agency)
- Experience in school-based settings, particularly with AAC devices and assistive technology, is highly valued
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within collaborative teams alongside OTs, PTs, and special educators
- Strong communication, organization, and record-keeping skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students across a variety of settings
- Support students in Autistic Support and life skills classrooms and facilitate transition planning in secondary grades
- Emphasize use of AAC and other augmentative tools as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide progress reports
- Engage in ongoing team meetings and contribute to IEP development
