Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing speech and language services in a supportive school environment near Gettysburg, PA. We’re seeking four skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to deliver direct onsite services for the 2026–2027 academic year. These roles focus on Early Intervention (EI) and K-12 caseloads, offering both variety and meaningful interaction with students and staff.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP-CCC) in Pennsylvania plus required teaching certification
  • Clinical Fellowship (CF) applicants welcome, with supervision arrangements in place
  • Strong understanding of school-based SLP operations, case management, and paperwork protocols
  • Experience in elementary or early childhood special education settings preferred, but not required
  • SLPAs are not eligible for these specific positions

Position Details & Responsibilities:

  • Full-time (35 hours/week), onsite only; virtual work is not available for these openings
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00am–3:30pm, August 18, 2026 – May 27, 2027
  • Two SLPs: Elementary caseloads (50–55 students), spread across two buildings; responsibilities include individualized therapy, case management, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
  • One SLP: Dedicated Early Intervention focus (ages 3–5 with special education needs), including allocated time for documentation and planning each week
  • Additional position: SLP or CF covering an elementary setting; location to be determined within the service region
  • Provide assessments, develop IEPs, deliver direct interventions, document progress, and participate in school-wide initiatives
