- Active Pennsylvania SLP License (or eligibility)—CFYs and experienced SLPs welcome
- CCC-SLP highly valued; SLPA or clinical fellows may be considered
- Background in pediatrics, early childhood, or school-based settings
- Strong communication, documentation, and time management abilities
- Experience or confidence supporting children with diverse special needs
- Enthusiastic about collaborating with general and special educators and families
- Committed to evidence-based intervention and student-centered care
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Delivering speech-language therapy to children ages 3-5 in Early Intervention programming
- Evaluating, diagnosing, and documenting speech, language, and communication disorders
- Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to implement and monitor IEP goals
- Providing clear, detailed communication and support to families and caretakers
- Engaging in professional development and staying current on best practices
- Enjoying dedicated weekly paperwork/administrative time, minimizing after-hours work
