Key Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure or eligible for licensure as an SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
  • Experience working in a school-based setting strongly preferred
  • Strong background in pediatric speech-language pathology
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individual therapy plans for students
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ IEP goals
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide input on student needs
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to school and state requirements
