Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and PA State License required
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred
• Prior experience with executive functioning, social learning, and selective mutism is a plus
• Skilled with IEPWriter and Synergy systems is highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to K-6 students (caseload: 25-30, primarily speech-only with some dual diagnosis)
• Conduct assessments, create Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other providers
• Deliver targeted instruction 2 days per week—ideally Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM (instruction from 8:30 AM–3:00 PM)
