In this rewarding school-based role, you’ll collaborate with educators and administrators, adapting to varied workplace cultures, working alongside diverse student populations, and growing your leadership toolkit. What You'll Bring:

  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Pennsylvania State License
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (strongly preferred)
  • Experience with executive functioning, social learning, and selective mutism (preferred)
  • Familiarity with IEPWriter and Synergy platforms (ideal)
  • Previous experience working with K-6 students, including dual-diagnosis populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of 25-30 K-6 students, primarily speech-only
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Deliver engaging, culturally responsive therapy services in both English and Spanish
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Schedule: Two days per week (preferably Tuesday and Thursday), 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
