School Speech Language Pathologist - Gig Harbor, WA

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract opportunity serving both middle and elementary school caseloads. Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid SLP licensure in Washington State
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility
• Previous experience in school settings is highly valued
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of elementary and middle school students
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ needs
• Develop and implement IEPs in alignment with district and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to support classroom integration
• Record and maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and required reporting
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a supportive educational environment
