Speech Language Pathologist in Gig Harbor, WA

What you'll bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Washington SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) considered
• Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations strongly desired
• Solid communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to best meet diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students in elementary through high school
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and measurable therapy goals
• Deliver group and individual therapy, using evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families for optimal student outcomes
• Document student progress, prepare required reports, and attend IEP meetings as a contributing team member
• Participate in professional development and school-based initiatives throughout the year
