School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Gilford, New Hampshire

This contract role offers the opportunity to provide vital on-site support across two school locations (just a short drive apart), where you’ll collaborate with a dedicated speech-language assistant.

In this rewarding position, you’ll help students reach their communication goals by delivering direct therapy services, conducting comprehensive evaluations, and actively participating in IEP and related team meetings. You’ll join a dynamic support team, working closely with educators and specialists to tailor interventions that meet each student’s unique needs.

What we’re seeking:

• Current, full Speech-Language Pathology licensure (SLP)
• Ability and willingness to commit to a full-time, on-site schedule
• Experience with middle and/or high school populations is a strong plus
• Skilled in conducting evaluations, developing plans of care, and leading or contributing to IEP meetings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Flexibility to travel briefly between two local campus buildings

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective speech and language therapy services to assigned students
• Assess students and interpret evaluation results to inform service plans
• Participate meaningfully in IEP and other student support meetings
• Maintain detailed records and complete required documentation in a timely manner
• Collaborate with instructional and support staff, as well as families, to best support each student’s needs
• Supervise and work in partnership with a speech-language assistant
