You’ll benefit from a balanced workday, with hours set from 7:45 am to 3:45 pm, ensuring consistency and time for both meaningful sessions with students and essential collaboration with staff. The assignment runs from August 19, 2026, through June 11, 2027, offering a full academic year of rewarding professional experience.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license or eligibility in California
  • Prior experience working with elementary school populations
  • Familiarity with a range of communication and language disorders
  • Experience with RSP and SDC caseloads preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in group and individual settings
  • Conduct assessments, evaluate outcomes, and develop IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to maximize student success
  • Document and report student progress according to school and district standards
