Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting students for the 2026–2027 school year as a Speech-Language Pathologist! This is a full-time role perfectly suited for dedicated professionals ready to make a difference at the elementary level. You'll work on a single-site campus with a supportive educational team, addressing a variety of needs across a mixed RSP (Resource Specialist Program) and SDC (Special Day Class) caseload.

Your workday will be from 7:45 am to 3:45 pm, ensuring a great work-life balance while giving you plenty of time to focus on what matters—student growth and communication success. This district seeks two motivated SLPs to begin August 19, 2026, through June 11, 2027. Be at the forefront of helping young learners achieve their communication goals.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California
  • CCC-SLP preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
  • Recent experience in school settings, preferably with elementary-age children
  • Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs for a variety of caseloads
  • Proficient in working with RSP and SDC programs
  • Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to a diverse range of elementary students
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop, update, and participate in IEP meetings in collaboration with school staff
  • Maintain accurate case records and progress notes
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and allied professionals to support student success
