Soliant is currently hiring multiple Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based opportunities for the 2026–2027 school year. These positions offer the opportunity to work with K-12 students within a supportive and collaborative educational environment.

Position Details
Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Near Gilroy and surrounding communities
School Year: August 19, 2026 – June 11, 2027
Schedule: Full-Time
Hours: 7:45 AM – 3:45 PM
Setting: Elementary School
Caseload: Mixed RSP & SDC caseload

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students
• Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, pragmatic, and communication needs

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active California SLP license required
• ASHA CCCs preferred; CF candidates encouraged to apply if applicable
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
