Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current licensure to practice as an SLP in California (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, CFY considered
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is strongly desired
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students
• Manage either a single-site caseload or a blended group with RSP (Resource Specialist Program) & SDC (Special Day Class)
• Assess speech, language, and communication needs; develop and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, families, and IEP teams to support student progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
