This opportunity features a manageable caseload of approximately 30 students, allowing you to focus on individualized support and effective collaboration with educators and families. With a commitment of 15-20 hours per week, you’ll have the flexibility to balance your professional responsibilities with personal commitments.

Qualifications & Desired Background:

  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Physical Therapist (as appropriate)
  • Recent experience working with pediatric or school-based populations
  • Knowledge of relevant evaluation tools and therapy techniques
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to maintaining ethical and professional standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education/therapy plans
  • Provide speech-language or physical therapy services directly to students
  • Track progress, manage student documentation, and participate in IEP/504 meetings as needed
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive environment for each student on your caseload
