Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior experience in educational, pediatric, or adolescent settings preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development, evaluation, and implementation
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessments, diagnostics, and direct therapy to students with diverse speech and language needs
• Play an integral role in IEP meetings, documenting progress and collaborating with teams to set goals and monitor outcomes
• Provide intervention services for both individuals and small groups
• Consult with teachers, parents, and caregivers to ensure consistency and best practices throughout school and home environments
• Support students’ academic, social, and personal growth through tailored speech-language strategies and interventions
