Choose between a full-time position working with a PreK/K building (5 days per week) or a flexible part-time schedule (3-5 days per week) focusing on 4th and 5th grade students. Both options place you at the heart of collaborative educational teams, allowing you to shape communication skills and academic success for children at pivotal stages.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license in New Jersey
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
  • Experience providing speech therapy in school settings, with a focus on pediatric populations
  • Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and language disorders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and staff
  • Energetic, compassionate, and organized approach to serving diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations for referred students
  • Develop and implement individualized IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver effective therapy sessions, adapting methods to each student’s learning style
  • Maintain detailed documentation and timely progress reports
  • Consult with teachers and caregivers to integrate strategies into the classroom environment
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as needed
