Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of IEP process and individualized service delivery
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
- Comfort with assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for speech and language disorders

- Conduct evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans for students with a wide range of speech-language needs
- Deliver direct therapy, both individually and in groups, with creative, evidence-based interventions
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, maintaining thorough documentation and progress reports
- Provide support and consult with teachers, staff, and families to encourage student success
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive student care
